CPL Industries to exhibit at Irish Waste Management Conference

CPL Industries will be participating at next week’s Irish Waste Management Conference in Dublin as both a sponsor and exhibitor.

This is the first time that CPL Industries has participated at this important Irish event which takes place at Croke Park Conference Centre on Thursday 29th November.

During the event, CPL will be showcasing its novel HTC (hydrothermal carbonisation) technology that can convert high-moisture green waste into renewable biocoals, for use in CPL’s smokeless fuel production at its manufacturing sites in Foynes (Co. Limerick) and Immingham (UK).

“Our HTC facility is the first of its kind in the UK, and represents a genuinely new option for dealing with biomass waste streams, such as food/agricultural waste, AD digestate WWTP sludge,” said David Reay, Marketing Manager at CPL Activated Carbons & Biocoals.

“Come and talk to the CPL experts to find out more about this novel technology and discuss areas of possible future collaboration.

“We look forward to meeting you in Dublin.”

More information about the event, which is run in partnership with IWMA (Irish Waste Management Association) and CIWM (Chartered Institute of Waste Management), can be found via www.wasteconference.ie
